About FreeInvoiceGen
Picture the moment: you finish a $600 logo project, the client says “great, just send over an invoice,” and you realize you don't have one. The usual options are all bad — sign up for accounting software you'll use twice a year, fight a Word template that breaks when you add a fourth line item, or use a “free” generator that stamps its logo on your bill and asks for your email first.
FreeInvoiceGen exists for exactly that moment. Open the page, fill in the fields, watch the live preview, download a clean PDF. That's the whole product: an invoice generator, a receipt generator with a PAID stamp, and a quote generator for pricing work before it starts.
Your numbers never leave your browser
This matters more for invoices than for almost any other kind of online tool, because an invoice contains your client list, your rates, and your revenue. Everything here — the form, the tax and discount math, the PDF itself — is generated by JavaScript running on your own device. There is no server receiving your data, no database of your clients, and nothing for me to leak. Drafts you save live in your browser's local storage and nowhere else. If you're curious, open your browser's network tab while you build an invoice: you'll see no invoice data going anywhere.
How the site pays for itself
The tools are free with no caps, no watermarks, and no premium tier. The site shows ads through Google AdSense to cover its costs — details are in the privacy policy. Ads have no influence on what the guides say, and nobody pays to be recommended in them.
