FreeInvoiceGen is run by one person, so there is no ticket system and no chatbot standing between you and an answer. Email me directly:
I read every message and typically reply within 2–3 business days, often sooner.
What to write about
- Something broke.A PDF that renders wrong, a total that doesn't add up, a currency symbol out of place — tell me which tool you were using (invoice, receipt, or quote), your browser, and what you expected to happen.
- A missing feature.Want another currency, a new template, or an extra field on the invoice? Requests like these have shaped the tool before, so don't hesitate.
- A correction to a guide. If a retention period, tax detail, or example in one of the guideslooks wrong or outdated, point me to the exact line. Verified corrections are fixed and the article's updated date is bumped — see how the guides are written.
- Anything else— feedback, a question about how the tool handles your data, or just a note that it saved you a subscription.
One thing I can't help with
I can't give tax, legal, or accounting advice for your specific situation — questions like “do I need to charge VAT on this invoice?” depend on where you are registered and what you sell, and the only responsible answer comes from a professional in your jurisdiction.
A note on your invoice data
If you are reporting a bug, never paste a real client's details into an email. The tool runs entirely in your browser and I have no access to anything you typed into it — use placeholder names and numbers to reproduce the problem instead.
